However, to the extent necessary to provide the Software’s features and operate the website, user input data and access information may be sent to third-party services.

Article 5 (Use of third-party services)

To provide features such as speech recognition (transcription) and translation, the Software uses third-party services such as the OpenAI API. Therefore, the audio and text you input is sent to OpenAI.

The developer does not collect or use your input data. How data sent to OpenAI for speech recognition/translation is handled (including whether it is used for AI model training) follows OpenAI’s privacy policy. As of the time of writing, OpenAI states that data sent via the API is not used for training.

Article 6 (Cookies and analytics)

This website does not load Google Analytics when the browser reports a European time zone or a language-region setting corresponding to the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. No consent banner is displayed.

For other visitors, this website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) for aggregate access analytics and download-button clicks. Download events include the selected operating system, page language, and button location.

Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies. Google signals, advertising storage, and ad-personalization signals are disabled. How information is handled is governed by Google’s policies. Disabling cookies in your browser settings may limit data collection.

Information stored on the user’s device may be deletable by the user.
